Gun Policy Seen as Extremely Important to Nearly Half of U.S. Voters (Guest: Stephen Willeford)

A CNN poll that landed Sunday found “Gun Policy” tied for the third most important subject behind only the economy and the vague concept of “protecting democracy,” which was a  particularly popular answer among Democrats.  While 65 percent of registered voters named the economy as “extremely important,” 58 percent said “protecting democracy,” followed by 48 percent for gun policy, crime and immigration.
