The Border Crisis Could Be Getting Far Worse With the Release of Thousands of Migrants (Guest: Michael Letts)

The law enforcement veteran takes a closer look at a situation that could flood the United States with even more illegal immigrants.

As bad as the border crisis is at the moment, there’s a chance that it could get far worse by the end of March.

According to Newsweek, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is set to run out of federal funding for the Shelter and Services program, which provides shelter, food and transportation for those that have been processed and are awaiting the completion of immigration proceedings.

That means if proper funding isn’t secured before the end of the month, they could be released – into the United States.

Diego Pina Lopez, who serves as the executive director of Pima County’s Casa Alitas, noted that if these operations cease due to lack of funding, it’s “going to lead to a lot of chaos, and a lot more cost across the board for folks to get services,” amongst other things.

And yet, President Joe Biden doesn’t have a solution, as he continues to argue with Republicans for a proper border policy. If he doesn’t watch out, though, his bid for a re-election could soon sink in the flood of migrants into the United States.

Joining us now to discuss this further is Michael Letts, a law enforcement veteran with over 30 years of experience under his belt. Letts is President, Founder and CEO of InVest USA, an organization that provides bulletproof vests to police officers through various charitable groups and sponsorships.

His expertise in all things law and order make him a great subject for this interview. Welcome, Mr. Letts!
