Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis Pushed Her Employees Too Far With Mandatory Race Training (Guest: Michael Letts)

The law enforcement veteran and InVest USA founder discusses a report that shows just how corrupt Willis’ training style really was.

As Fani Willis’ misconduct hearing in Georgia continues, some damning new evidence has been revealed, showing just how poorly she treats those that are working for her.

According to Breitbart, a new report indicates that Willis actually subjected employees that were working under her to take part in mandatory race training. What’s more, the entire office was asked to rate “Black” or “White” skin colors as either “good” or “bad,” based on training slides and videos.

What’s more, a source told Breitbart that those with ethics issues that didn’t want to take part in the training would get fired.

The information was provided by sources that wished to remain anonymous, mainly due to the “corrupt” and “hostile work environment” that’s been present inside the District Attorney’s office.

These same sources note that Willis “injected racism (into the office) from the second she got hired.” As a result, many white employees actually ended up feeling ashamed.

“Willis pulled it off as diversity [training], but it was more so an attack on the race [relations] thing,” they noted.

Joining us now to discuss this further is Michael Letts, a law enforcement veteran with over 30 years of experience under his belt. Letts is President, Founder and CEO of InVest USA, an organization that provides bulletproof vests to police officers through various charitable groups and sponsorships. His expertise in all things law and order make him an ideal subject for this interview.

Q&A:

  2. What’s probably the biggest atrocity committed here? The outright hatred towards white people, or the fact she lacked any sort of cohesive balance within her office?
  3. Do you think employees should sue based upon this practice? Or are they fearful that Fani would use this power against her?
  4. What does this say about the wrong kind of people being involved in politics?
  5. What do you think will come from her ongoing trial in Georgia? Could this evidence possibly come into play?
  6. You’re the creator of InVest USA, an organization that provides bulletproof vests to police officers across a number of programs. Tell us more about it.
