The producer and host of the documentary BorderWars discusses the concerns over President Biden’s relaxed approach towards the migrant crisis.
The question isn’t just why President Joe Biden isn’t doing more to control the growing border crisis. The question is what kind of security risk it’s really creating.
While Biden has been meandering about resolving what’s happening with the migrants working their way into this country, many have been concerned about who’s coming in.
For instance, Nicole McCaw, who serves as the producer and host of the documentaryBorderWars, believes that the military age Chinese men are coming into the country at the open border, rather than using the other 11 ports of legal entry.
Why? More than likely, infiltration. We’ve already seen China attempt to infiltrate the U.S. with illegal police stations and the infamous “spy balloon” that was shot down some time ago. But they could be prepping for something much worse as more of these types seem to slip in unnoticed.
So what now? Joining us now to discuss this further is Nicole McCaw, a host and producer with NTD Television. She currently serves as producer and host for BorderWars, a new documentary that follows her and her crew as they look at the trials and tribulations occurring at the U.S./Mexico border. - Based on what you’ve seen in your time working on BorderWars, how bad would you say the migrant crisis is?
- Why do you think Biden isn’t doing more to resolve the problem? Is he concerned with his relationships with international countries? Or is it something else?
- You noted how several military-age Chinese men seem to be going through the border unnoticed. Shouldn’t this be a cause for concern, especially with a committee that’s currently investigating the country?
