Michael Lee Mason, founder of FreeFiltering.org, a free internet filtering service for families based on historic Christian values, speaks out on the change of tune by the long-running network.
Fox News’ recent enthusiastic promotion of the LGBTQ+ “Pride Month,” a development that has drawn criticism from conservative voices such as Ben Shapiro and Rob Schmitt, both of whom have publicly criticized the network’s shift in stance. Mason’s perspective on this issue would provide a fresh and insightful angle for our audience.
Joining us now to discuss this further is Michael Lee Mason, founder of the website FreeFiltering.org. Mason has faced challenges in promoting his service to Christian families due to the dominance of Big Tech in advertising platforms. Despite negative publicity and criticism, Mason remains focused on his mission to provide tools to parents to guard their children’s internet use based on their religious beliefs.

About Michael Lee Mason…
Mason is a father of three homeschooled children and former lead singer in the U.S. Air Force’s country/classic rock band. He has performed at the White House and travelled extensively in the Middle East and Southwest Asia. His experience in the Air Force may have ignited his love for Christian history.
About FreeFiltering.org…
A free service offering internet filtering for home Wi-Fi, based on historic Christian values. The service blocks websites promoting content that contradicts traditional Christian values, specifically those normalizing LGBTQ+ lifestyles. The service was founded by Mason when he discovered that existing filters failed to block such content.
The service operates by changing the DNS settings on the user’s router. This effectively filters out certain websites from being accessed by devices connected to the Wi-Fi. Mason likens this to blacking out phone numbers of unsavory characters in a phonebook.
