Former Fox News contributor Kevin Jackson discusses what could come in the next few months over this week’s news stories.
This week has been buzzing with news surrounding former President Donald Trump and current president Joe Biden.
On the one end, Trump was recently found liable for sexual abuse and defamation against E. Jean Carroll, and ordered to pay $5 million as a result. His team is expected to appeal the decision, and he noted it likely won’t derail his campaign to once again become President in 2024.
Meanwhile, on the other, a new report from the House Oversight Committee revealed that President Joe Biden and members of his family have engaged in some “shady business,” according to Rep. James Comer (R-Ky). Per the report, the family allegedly received $10 million from foreign companies, including China and Romania.
Though Biden didn’t have a response to the report just yet, this likely won’t stop his push from trying to get a re-election in 2024. However, given the controversy surrounding this matter, he may have questions to answer sooner rather than later.
