Reps for 2,249 Women Injured by Abortion in DC for Supreme Court Mississippi Roe v Wade Test Case Dec. 1

“Women Injured By Abortion and their lawyer, Allan Parker, say the Court should reverse Roe v. Wade; they will be available in DC or by telephone for interviews,” according to Allan Parker, J.D. “Weighing in on both the legal and personal aspects of the Mississippi case is Cindy Collins, one of 2,249 women who filed a Friend of the Court Amicus Brief in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, No. 19-1392, attesting that their abortions injured them,” according to Parker.

Q&A:

1.  Why do women who have had abortions think Roe v. Wade should be reversed?

Answer:  “It causes ‘devastating psychological consequences’ to women like me; it kills an ‘infant life’, my child; and there is a better alternative for all women through Safe Haven laws,” according to Cindy Collins.

2.  Who are the Women Injured By Abortion?

Answer: “2,249 courageous women injured by their own abortions who filed a Friend of the Court (Amicus) Brief in the U.S. Supreme Court Dobbs case (Mississippi ban on abortion after 15 weeks) asking the Court to reverse Roe v. Wade in order to stop “devastating psychological consequences” (Casey) to women like me, Casey, and “severe depression, loss of esteem” (Gonzales)  to women, like me,” Collins also stated.

3.  Who are the Amicus spokespersons for women hurt by abortion?
Answer:

            Cindy Collins – See Bio.
            Luana Stoltenberg – See Bio.
            Myra Myers – See Bio.
Cecilia Sullivan – Late Term 16 weeks – See Bio.
Cheryl Venable – Late Term 20 weeks – See Bio.
            Jeanie Holmes – See Bio.

4.  How have these and other women like them suffered from abortion?

ANSWER: “The Supreme Court has recognized since 1992 in Planned Parenthood v. Casey that abortion can cause women “devastating
psychological consequences” and “severe depression and loss of
esteem” in Gonzales v. Carhart (2007),” according to Parker, Attorney and President of The Justice Foundation.

5.    What is Operation Outcry?

Answer:  Collins further states: “It is a movement of women telling the truth to people and the courts that abortion hurts women.

Safe Haven laws in every state now give women the freedom of Roe v. Wade, freedom from the unwanted “child”, without killing the baby or injuring the women.  She can safely relinquish her child to the state at any hospital, fire station or other designated safe place within a stipulated time after birth, usually 3, 30, 60 or 90 days, without charge.”

6.  Where can you find more information?

Answer:  At  www.operationoutcry.org
