A floor vote set to take place on Monday November 13 regarding the Food and Agriculture appropriations bill may be blocked because of a mail-order abortion pill provision. Pro-abortion congressmen want the Attorney General to continue to ignore the existing federal ban on mail-order abortion.
Rev. Harden believes there is a solution for Speaker Johnson. Federal law, found in U.S. Code 18 section 1461 and 1462, clearly bans “anything intended to cause an abortion.”
