New film shows how parents are taking back the education of their children!

Guest: Sheri Few and other spokespersons from USPIE

Parents are organizing all over the country in unprecedented ways to take back control of their children’s education, and the powerful educational establishment may soon come crumbling down. What will replace it?

Additionally, homeschooling grew dramatically during the Pandemic as parents found out what was actually in their kid’s curriculum. Homeschooling is also growing in popularity among minorities, with 41% of homeschool families now being non-white, according to the National Home Education Research Institute.

Sheri Few, president of United States Parents Involved in Education, or USPIE for short, is joining us to shed light on the explosive response of parents all over the country against the indoctrination of their children.

Q&A:

  1. Sheri, what’s behind all the parent-led activity being reported? It seems unprecedented.

Answer: Parents are finally finding out what their children are being taught in the schools they pay for with their hard-earned tax dollars. They simply have had enough of the bureaucrats ignoring them and shutting them up, so they’re taking over the school boards and, in many cases pulling their kids out of the government schools altogether.

2.   What are the main issues parents have with what children are being taught in schools today?

Answer:As we show in the film, one of the main issues is Critical Race Theory (CRT), which ironically is reversing much of what was achieved during the civil rights movement. My

daughter-in-law, April, interviewed Dr. Carol Swain, and she said that Dr. Martin Luther King has been canceled by the political Left, that his vision of people being judged not by skin color but by the content of their character has been turned on its head by this Marxist ideology.

Answer: But CRT is only one of many problemsWe need to end the sexploitation of children with explicitly pornographic images and transgender grooming

  • The revisionist history that is making our young people literally hate our country—yes, that is being taught in K-12 public schools, not only in our liberal colleges and universities
    • The ideological indoctrination of America’s next generation into communism, just as many in this generation were successfully primed for socialism
    • Then there’s the whole Workforce Development system deployed in every State in our country, where students are put in pathways established many years prior by the business needs of foreign corporations. This is done without parental knowledge, much less consent—we oppose enabling massive data collection of citizens, especially children, facilitated and coordinated by the Federal government.

3.     What are some of the things you want to see to fix the problem?

Answer: To begin with, we need to bring educational sovereignty back to the State level; we need to eliminate the Department of Education, something Ronald Reagan pledged to do—but was unable to—over 30 years ago

  • We need to break the stronghold of the deep-pocketed establishment on American education, which includes the National Education Association and other teachers’ unions
    • We need to return control of education to parents and local communities and end the use of inappropriate Comprehensive Sexuality Education in K-12 public schools
    • We need to educate and support legislators who understand parental rights
    • And we need to explore other more effective and efficient forms of education, like homeschooling and parent-led private schools

4.     We know that many people simply can’t afford to homeschool because of the need for two incomes or for whatever reason, but there has been an amazing growth in homeschooling especially during the year kids were home due to the Pandemic. What’s behind that?

Answer: Yes, homeschooling grew tremendously during the Pandemic as parents found out what was actually in their kid’s curriculum. By the way, homeschooling is also growing in popularity among minorities, with 41% of homeschool families now being non-white, according to the National Home Education Research Institute.

5.   How can parents find out about your efforts and where can they watch the new film?

Answer: Our website is USPIE.org, and we have downloadable resources to help parents advocate for their children and fight against the indoctrination of their children. The film is coming out on April 29. Just go to TruthAndLiesFilm.us for how to watch it.
