The host and producer of the docuseries BorderWars discusses the behavior of Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, and why it should be given a closer look.
President Joe Biden and his administration don’t seem to see the big deal with what’s happening at our nation’s borders. However, a recent news story points out just what kind of trouble we might be in.
Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, a 46-year old migrant, was arrested this past week for the death of a man in Hamilton, Ohio. After his body was located in an alley, Garcia-Gutierrez was taken into custody.
But what’s interesting here is the history of the suspect. According to Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones, Garcia-Gutierrez has a troubled history surrounding his actions at the border.
“Garcia-Gutierrez has been deported seven times and he has been in our jail 11 times using seven different names and three different date of births,” Jones said.
On top of that, Jones noted he’s seen nearly 1,000 migrants facing state charges since 2021. And keep in mind this is in Ohio, which isn’t even considered a border state.
