Jesse Jackson Life Swap: Once Pro-Life, Civil Rights Leader Turned his Back on Black Children
The death of Jesse Jackson is being widely covered as the end of a civil rights era, but few are discussing the controversial shifts in his political and moral positions — and why they happened. As a black conservative and spokesperson for CompassCare, Ayesha Kreutz can provide a candid, no-nonsense explanation of Jackson’s allegiances and the forces that reshaped them.

Early in his career, Jackson was firmly pro-life, advocating for the protection of unborn black children. But over time, he abandoned that stance — joining the mainstream of the Democratic Party in supporting policies that have facilitated the abortion of countless black lives. Kreutz argues the shift was not accidental. Jackson, along with other influential black pastors, was targeted to have their “minds made right” through financial inducements under the so-called Negro Project — a systematic effort to reshape black leadership away from pro-life advocacy.
Kreutz will explain in clear, simple terms what happened: Jesse Jackson wasn’t acting out of ignorance or political expedience — he was bought off. No one would abandon a pro-life position in favor of what amounts to the systematic destruction of their own race unless an external factor fundamentally changed the equation. Kreutz can make this accessible to any audience, framing it as a story of moral compromise and the manipulation of leaders with money and influence.
Her perspective is grounded in real-world pro-life work. As a representative of CompassCare, Kreutz works closely with pregnancy centers in New York, including offering support behind enemy lines in Brooklyn and the Bronx. CompassCare CEO Jim Harden has long championed the sanctity of all human life, making Kreutz’s insights both credible and actionable.
This is a chance for listeners to hear the truth behind Jackson’s flip-flop, and understand the broader social and political forces that have shaped the black community’s leadership and messaging. Kreutz provides a perspective rarely heard in mainstream media: one that combines history, morality, and firsthand pro-life experience.

With this as her foundation, Ayesha strives to encourage civic engagement as envisioned by the Founding Fathers, as well as teach, inspire and empower people to escape the spiderweb of generational welfare dependency, institutionalized systemic poverty and the culture of death and rejection. www.compasscarecommunity.com and www.nationalcenter.org Project 21 Ambassador
ABOUT JIM HARDEN…
Jim Harden is a staunch conservative, president and founder of CompassCare Pregnancy Centers, the largest Christian pro-life medical network in the Eastern half of the United States. His center in Buffalo, New York was firebombed in 2022 by Marxist extremists affiliated with Jane’s Revenge and ANTIFA, but Harden refused to back down, even opening new centers behind enemy lines in Brooklyn and The Bronx. An expert in electoral politics, Harden was asked to consider replacing Rep. Elise Stefanik to run for U.S. Representative in New York’s 21st congressional district, after President Trump Stefanik to become U.N. Ambassador. Harden warns the GOP faces massive potential losses in the 2026 midterms—not due to Democrats, but because Republicans are facing an identity crisis and need to return to founding principles of their party.
