House Passes Bill Protecting Access To Birth Control, But How Much Traction Will It Get In the Senate? (Guest: Jim Harden)

While the pro-abortion crimewave continues with over 100 attacks on pro-life organizations, pro-abortion politicians have not only offered no additional protection to pro-life organizations under threat by pro-abortion terrorists. Not only that, pro-abortion politicians have actively attacked pro-life organizations. NY Governor Kathy Hochul, six days after the brutal firebombing of CompassCare’s pro-life medical office in Buffalo, signed a bill to investigate pro-life pregnancy centers, calling pro-life people “Neanderthals.” Senator Elizabeth Warren has said, “we need to shut [pro-life pregnancy centers] down all across the country. pro-abortion legislators in the Senate and House appealed to Google’s CEO in an open letter to rig search engine algorithms, keeping women at risk for abortion from finding pro-life pregnancy centers.

In stark contrast to pro-abortion politicians in the House of Representatives blocking a resolution to condemn violence against pro-life organizations, pro-abortion politicians have promoted a bill designed to gain support following the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe vs. Wade. Called the Right to Contraception Act, it provides the right for people to attain birth control, using a range of contraceptive methods, as well as health care providers to offer necessary services.

This stunt is one of several ways pro-abortion politicians appear to be deflecting interest away from a potential abortion industry sex crime cover-up by creating their own news—Joe Biden insists there is a baby formula crisis and 16 members of congress got themselves arrested for stopping traffic in front of the U.S. Supreme Court building, and now the pro-abortion politicians in the House are using their platform to promote their agendas.

Joining us now to discuss this bill is Rev. James Harden, M. Div., who serves as the CEO of CompassCare Pregnancy Services. He also pioneered the first measurable and repeatable medical model in the pregnancy center movement.

Q&A:

  1. We’ve already seen violence from the Roe vs. Wade decision, particularly with the firebombing of one of CompassCare’s pregnancy centers. Why are pro-abortion politicians attempting to create a “right to contraception?”
  2. Is contraception linked to abortion? Is all contraception abortifacient in nature?
  3. What would you say to someone who clearly voices a woman’s right to abortion over that of a baby’s right to life?
  4. Provide some more detail for what CompassCare does a whole when it comes to those dealing with pregnancy, just so there’s some clarity in the importance of these centers.
  5. CompassCare was recently firebombed. Tell us about that.
  6. Where can we learn more about CompassCare and its services?

a. You can find out more information on our community page.
