The post-war order functioned only while opposing blocs and shared purpose existed; both have now collapsed. Russia, China, Iran, N. Korea, cartels, and terrorists organizations openly challenge a West they view as decadent, while a divided European Union struggles to respond decisively.
In this vacuum, China excels at Unrestricted Warfare: operating below the threshold of open conflict, exploiting dual-use loopholes to erode Western economies and expand military influence.
