Arctic Tsunami: Fractured Alliances Provide Opening for China’s CCP in Davos
On January 20, 2026, Canadian Prime Minister Carney declared at The World Economic Forum in Davos – the end of the rules-based international order, marking a shift to strategic realism in which stability rests on power balances rather than treaties. A reality we have long anticipated.
Counterintelligence Expert and CEO of Black Ops Partners, Casey Fleming connects all the geopolitical dots. Fleming is the author of THE #1 Best Selling Book in National and International Security and he and is not in the business of conjecture. Order The Red Tsunami: The Silent Storm Killing Your Freedom
The post-war order functioned only while opposing blocs and shared purpose existed; both have now collapsed. Russia, China, Iran, N. Korea, cartels, and terrorists organizations openly challenge a West they view as decadent, while a divided European Union struggles to respond decisively.
In this vacuum, China excels at Unrestricted Warfare: operating below the threshold of open conflict, exploiting dual-use loopholes to erode Western economies and expand military influence. Unrestricted War is concentrated on the people, the population – not the military: biological, drug, cognitive, cyber war – to name only a few methods.
In December 2025, China’s UN envoy Fu Cong portrayed Beijing as a defender of multilateralism while denouncing Western “hegemony.” This rhetoric is “lawfare.” Behind appeals to the UN Charter lies a strategy – from South China Sea militarization to economic penetration – aimed at dismantling universal norms in favor of a Sino-centric (totalitarian communist Chinese) power order.
As even U.S. allies reassess their alignment amid Western fragmentation, the absence of renewed deterrence leaves only one alternative to today’s disorder: escalation toward a new, potentially catastrophic world war. This is a fight to the finish. The Final War. Total War.
