MEGA (Make Elites Great Again) / Guest: Jim Renacci

Trump Covering UP Epstein Scandal, Hopes Supporters Don’t Care about Elite Pedophiles

Donald Trump once boasted that he could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and not lose voters. That may be but those voters apparently feel differently about his covering up an elite pedophile trafficking ring, run by Jeffrey Epstein.

Jim Renacci isn’t just a voice from the Heartland. He is a former four-term Republican U.S. Congressman (R-OH) and he is saying what few at his level are willing to state publicly.

Trump is bleeding voters, and the White House M*A*S*H unit is working overtime in political triage. The entire Make America Great Again (MAGA) platform is in jeopardy because his supporters have common sense. That common sense tells them that covering up pedophilia is not the formula for making America great again – or ever.

Of course, there are still MAGA supporters who are losing the internal battle of cognitive dissonance. They know what they’re seeing is wrong  but they just can’t bring themselves to accept it. Trump is their guy and excuses are in abundance. This is the problem with Trump loyalists.

Fortunately, in this case, a significant number are not giving the President a pass.

The man who rode into the White House on the promise of draining the swamp is now drowning in it. The MAGA movement—once a rallying cry for forgotten Americans—is being strangled by the stench of elite privilege, secrecy, and apparent complicity. And Trump, the man who once symbolized rebellion against the ruling class, now looks indistinguishable from it.

Make America Great Again? Apparently, that doesn’t include dismantling child trafficking rings or exposing the elite predators who ran them. It doesn’t include releasing the Epstein client list. It doesn’t include demanding answers about who enabled one of the most prolific abusers in American history. In fact, Trump seems to be doing the opposite—deflecting, distracting, and hoping it all goes away.

The red hat has become a red flag.

Trump’s refusal to speak candidly about Epstein—and the very real possibility that his inner circle is implicated—has not gone unnoticed. Voters are not blind. They see the silence. They feel the betrayal. For a man who promised truth and transparency, his handling of Epstein reeks of self-preservation, not public service.

America didn’t elect Trump to protect the predators. But if the MAGA movement now means shielding them, then it’s time for a new hat—and a new leader.

Jim Renacci is available for interviews and op-eds discussing how Trump’s failure to confront the Epstein scandal head-on is fracturing his base and sabotaging the movement he once led. The question isn’t whether Trump can survive the scandal. The question is: does he deserve to?

ABOUT JIM RENACCI…

In 2010, Jim filed to run for U.S. Congress in Ohio’s 16th Congressional District, taking on a well-funded Democratic incumbent. Jim won the election by 9 percent.

While in Congress, Jim earned a reputation for being a principled conservative and effective legislator. He quickly rose through the ranks to serve on the Committee on Financial Services, as vice-chair of the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit, and as a member of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. After just two years, Jim was named to the powerful Ways and Means Committees and Budget Committees.

Not only did the blue-collar entrepreneur realize his own dream, but Jim also became the answer to countless Ohioans. As can only happen in America, the Ohioan entrepreneur soon laid claim to operate over 60 businesses, creating 1,500 new jobs, employing over 3,000 people statewide.

But politics had other plans. In 2009, the Obama Administration took over General Motors, shuttering dealerships across the country— including Jim’s in Northeast Ohio. Shutting down Jim’s dealership killed 50 good-paying jobs in his community — and Jim wasn’t going to stand by while neighbors were going hungry. How could Washington blatantly interfere in the everyday lives of hard-working Americans who wanted nothing more but their own chance at the American Dream?

Jim’s track record as a blue-collar entrepreneur demonstrates his only allegiance has ever been to the very people who D.C. bureaucrats forcibly unemployed that fateful day in an Ohio car dealership — the everyday Americans forgotten by the Swamp. He represents the people’s hopes and fears, bringing actionable results back to the working people who gave him a voice.
