The Epoch Times investigative reporter Nan Su warns that the United States could feel repercussions from the rising cases of COVID overseas.
China is seeing a disturbing growth in COVID cases. Anecdotal onsite reports that 90 percent of Beijing are currently infected. Based on China’s CDC internal documents obtained by the Epoch Times, from Dec. 1 to Dec. 20, China had 248 million infected, with 37 million infected on Dec. 20 alone in a single day.
Internal documents from the CCP suggest that the whole country to be infected by March, hoping to focus on the economy afterward. However, creating this kind of COVID problem could spell trouble for those traveling overseas.
Italian officials confirmed this week that two flights to Milan from China had half of its customers testing positive for COVID. And the U.S. has put new protocols in place that anyone traveling to and from the country must have a negative test.
