China Invades U.S. (Guest: Leigh Wambsganss)

Communist Chinese Buying Millions of Acres of American Land

As fires continue ravaging California land, destroying countless homes, lives, and property, foreign investors continue buying millions of acres of private land all across the U.S. These are literal attacks on the sovereignty of America. In particular, China now owns millions of acres of U.S. farmland and forests.

Some might refer to it as a “soft” invasion of America by the Chinese, but it’s no less destructive. In fact, in many ways, it may be MORE destructive because a response on the part of Americans is non-existent. Throughout centuries, war has always come down to one army of force invading another’s territory.

In this case, guns and armaments have been replaced by pens, signatures, and purchases of American soil by a hostile foreign power and a compliant American government.

Leigh Wambsganss, Chief Communications Officer of Patriot Mobile and a proud Texan, is raising the alarm about a critical issue facing Americans today: the increasing ownership of private land by foreign entities, particularly China. Texas, the state with the highest foreign-owned private land acreage, is at the center of this concern, making it a focal point in the national debate about sovereignty and security.

China’s aggressive acquisition of American farmland and other private properties is alarming. In recent years, Chinese companies and individuals, often linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), have acquired substantial tracts of U.S. land. This trend poses not only economic but also strategic risks. Properties near critical infrastructure, military bases, and supply chain hubs are particularly concerning, raising questions about espionage and influence.

As a lifelong advocate for freedom and national security, Wambsganss sees this as a direct threat to America’s independence and integrity. “Foreign ownership of our private land, especially by adversarial nations like China, is an issue that every American should be deeply concerned about,” she warns. “It’s not just about who owns the property. It’s about control, resources, and our nation’s ability to safeguard its future.”

Texas, with its vast land resources, is a prime target for these acquisitions. Wambsganss highlights specific examples of Chinese-owned properties in Texas, such as a large wind farm project near Laughlin Air Force Base. Although it was blocked due to security concerns, this instance underscores the lengths to which foreign entities will go to secure footholds in key regions of the U.S.

Patriot Mobile, a conservative wireless company, has been actively supporting efforts to bring awareness to this issue. Wambsganss emphasizes the role of grassroots action in countering this growing threat. “The first step is education,” she says. “Americans need to understand what’s happening in their backyards and the long-term consequences of allowing foreign nations, especially adversaries, to gain control over our land and resources.”

In her interviews, Wambsganss will discuss actionable steps to address the problem. She advocates for stronger federal and state legislation to limit foreign ownership of land, greater transparency in real estate transactions involving foreign entities, and increased public awareness of these acquisitions’ potential risks.

Ultimately, Wambsganss believes this is about preserving America’s heritage and future. “Our land represents more than economic opportunity,” she says. “It represents freedom, sovereignty, and the promise of a better life for future generations. We cannot afford to let that slip away.”

Leigh Wambsganss’ perspective resonates not only with Texans but with Americans across the country who are committed to safeguarding their nation’s resources and independence. Her voice is a powerful reminder that vigilance and action are required to protect what makes America strong and secure.
