Sorry, Charlie: After Being Taken So Young, TPUSA’s Founder, Kirk Not Even Getting Justice in Death
Dave Hodges, host of the Common Sense Show podcast, has been among the most persistent independent voices examining the assassination of Charlie Kirk, asking questions that many believe deserve closer scrutiny. As the legal case against accused shooter Tyler Robinson, moves forward, significant public debate continues over whether the official narrative fully accounts for the available evidence. Some call that narrative “Fed Slop.”

While prosecutors contend Robinson acted alone, Hodges argues that numerous aspects of the investigation remain unresolved and actually indicate a cover-up. For example, Robinson allegedly used a .30-06 to assassinate Kirk. That weapon has so much force that the injury is not the least bit consistent with that of being on the receiving end of such a bullet. Not only should there have been an exit wound, but the damage was nowhere near severe enough.
Another major red flag is the roping off and then paving over, of the crime scene. This violates all rules of basic law enforcement. If Kirk was killed when something under his shirt exploded, residue and bits from any explosive device could have been everywhere. Paving this scene smells of cover-up too.
The decision by Kirk’s security team to move him into an SUV rather than waiting for paramedics has also drawn scrutiny, as have photographs of the vehicle’s interior that some independent analysts believe warrant closer forensic examination.
The SUV was allegedly later returned to service or sold, rather than preserved indefinitely as evidence. Photos taken of the interior of the vehicle show hundreds or thousands of tiny pieces of what appear to be shattered pieces of tempered glass or plastic. Were these created by something exploding underneath Kirk’s shirt? Again, this is not how evidence should be handled at a crime scene.
Meanwhile, Robinson faces the death penalty, even as critics maintain that unanswered questions continue to undermine confidence in the official account. Hodges has consistently encouraged audiences to examine the evidence independently rather than accept any narrative at face value.
An interview would provide an opportunity to review the timeline, distinguish documented facts from unresolved questions, evaluate competing interpretations of the evidence, and discuss why transparency remains essential in any investigation of this magnitude. Regardless of where the evidence ultimately leads, the public benefits when difficult questions are addressed openly rather than dismissed.
