Biden Is Living in A Different America Guest: Blake Harbin

Interview guest: Blake Harbin

On January 19, 2022, Joe Biden gave just his second press conference in his first year in office in an attempt to curtail drastically sinking poll numbers as he and the Democrats prepare for the 2022 midterms. In his address, Biden focused on several key issues that he believes his administration has made significant “progress.” However, millions of Americans share a different opinion.

Despite Biden’s populist messages, he did not accept responsibility for his policy failures. He refused to acknowledge that much of his domestic agenda collapsed because of members of his Democrat party. Nevertheless, Biden seemed confident that his agenda would be back on track, moving forward, portraying himself as a successful leader who has made tremendous progress.

Joining us in this discussion is Blake Harbin, President of Houzzle Financial, who will weigh in on whether he agrees that Joe Biden’s rhetoric aligns with what is actually happening in our country.

Questions and Answers:

  1.  Joe Biden claimed that passing Build Back Better would help stop inflation, lead to reduced spending by the government, and create economic growth. How can this be possible?

Biden continues to propagate a false narrative. He continues to rely on “17 top economists” that he claims validate his statements. However, the Congressional Budget Office has repeatedly indicated that Biden’s plan will increase inflation, create additional government spending, and not create wealth or help Americans.

  1. Biden believes that if the Democrat’s voting reforms bill is not passed then, elections might not be free and fair. How can he make such a divisive statement?

Biden’s voting reform bill creates more loopholes and problematic issues for holding federal elections. This is precisely why the founders designated that voting laws should be controlled by the states. This is exactly why Democratic members of his party do not support his reforms.

  1. Biden refused to acknowledge his low support among Americans. So why does Biden seem to think American is better off under his leadership?

Biden is desperate to stop the bleeding from angry and frustrated voters. He continues to tell Americans what he will do but not what he has done because he has achieved very little. Biden showed us today that he has no intention of changing directions in terms of policies, which is great news for Republicans in 2022. We can expect to see Biden’s approval ratings continue to drop as his agenda is full of failed ideas and initiatives.

  1. Biden changed his rhetoric about COVID extensively during his press conference. Earlier this year, he declared that he would defeat Covid-19. Now he is saying we need to continue to work to get back to living normally. Why the change in his words?

Biden knows that COVID cannot be defeated. Therefore, his blustery talk is irresponsible and unrealistic. COVID is endemic, and we need to learn to deal with it. Biden stressed that the economy would not lockdown and schools would not be closed. However, schools across our nation are closed. Biden has been defeated on this issue but will never admit it.

  1. Why is Biden blaming Republicans for his policy failures?

Biden refused to acknowledge that his own Democrat party members have dismantled his domestic agenda. He would not name Senators Manchin and Sinema by name. Instead, he blamed Mitch McConnell and other Republicans for being obstructionist. This is clearly a way for Biden to skirt his failures without taking responsibility. The Democrats control the White House, the Senate, and the House of Representatives. There is no hiding that he is to blame for America’s failures and problems.

  1. I hear you are running for Congress in Georgia. Tell us how people can learn more about your campaign or get involved?
