Problems amongst our country’s Southern border are growing at a rapid rate, according to a new report provided by Fox News Digital.
In the report, President Joe Biden suggests that illegal migration numbers are much smaller than he’s letting on. In fact, the number of encounters at the Southern border have grown at a rapid rate, nearing 240,000 last month alone.
Senate Foreign Relations Committee Ranking Member James Risch (R-Idaho) spoke on the matter, stating, “Illegal migration to the United States has reached record-breaking levels since the Biden Administration entered office. In order to protect U.S. security and regional stability, its time the administration establish sound immigration controls within the United States and build political will and capacity in Mexico and the northern Central American countries of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.”
Not to mention the turmoil happening around the borders. Several officers are set to be arraigned by the Department of Homeland Security for a “whipping” incident from last year; the President is still trying to get the Title 42 stature lifted; and illegal smuggling and human trafficking is at an all-time high, as highlighted by a tragic find in San Antonio, where at least 50 bodies of migrants were found.
Here now to the growing severity of Southern border conditions is pro-police advocate Michael Letts.
