The controversy intensified after Candace Owens publicly challenged Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet’s assertion that TPUSA had never been contacted by the Daily Mail before publication, releasing screenshots she says show the reporter sought comment from Kolvet before the story ran.
