Battle of Minneapolis; Black Ops Ptnrs CEO

Minneapolis Falls: Domestic Enemies and Traitors Wage War on American Soil on Behalf of China’s CCP

America is at literal war right now. Its citizens are on the front lines; its institutions have failed them. The Battle of Minneapolis is as apt a name as the Battle of Bunker Hill or Gettysburg. The politicians in the state of Minnesota, to include Governor Tim Walz and Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan are waging that war against American citizens. It’s a foreign nation, namely China and its Chinese Communist Party (CCP) that is waging that war through its proxies in the U.S.

Fleming is the CEO of Black Ops Partners and author of THE #1 Best Selling Book in National and International Security and he and is not in the business of conjecture. Order The Red Tsunami: The Silent Storm Killing Your Freedom

Minneapolis
  • Minneapolis isn’t chaos — it’s a case study in how modern war is fought without uniforms or tanks
  • Fleming warns the U.S. is already in World War III, and Minnesota shows what the home front looks like
  • This isn’t protest culture; it’s command-and-control activism using encrypted comms and political cover
  • The CCP doesn’t need invasion forces — it uses domestic actors as proxy soldiers
  • Minneapolis reveals how captured institutions neutralize law enforcement before streets erupt
  • Political involvement in activist coordination signals infiltration, not incompetence
  • Citizens, not the military, are now the front-line defenders — and they were left exposed
  • The “Battle of Minneapolis” is a rehearsal, not an anomaly, for what’s coming next

The Declaration of Independence enumerates grievances the colonists had with King George III in Great Britain. Below is a very relevant excerpt from that. All you have to do to see it is substitute “He” with Xi (CCP) and “Merciless Indian Savages” with useful idiots and communists.

“He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.” – Declaration of Independence

Minnesota is no longer just a protest hot spot — it’s a live test case for how modern warfare is being waged inside the United States. Streets, not battlefields. Signal chats, not radio comms. And the people on the front lines aren’t soldiers — they’re American citizens.

Everyone agrees these protests are highly organized and heavily funded. What no one in mainstream media or government seems interested in doing is identifying who is coordinating them — and why.

That’s where counterintelligence expert and Black Ops Partners CEO Casey Fleming comes in.

Recent reporting has pointed to Neville Roy Singham as a financial node tied to radical protest movements, with Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-CA) publicly identifying him as a source. But Fleming argues that Singham is just the surface layer — the “useful infrastructure” — not the real story.

The bigger revelation is political proximity.

With reports that elected officials were involved in private Signal chat groups used by protest organizers, the issue jumps from activist funding into something far more serious: institutional compromise. The fact that Minnesota Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan has been identified as an admin on one such Signal group raises unavoidable questions about coordination, foreknowledge, and political alignment. At the same time, Governor Tim Walz’s long-scrutinized ties and policy alignments with Beijing-friendly interests place Minnesota squarely in what Fleming describes as a CCP influence corridor.

Fleming’s core warning is stark: America is already in World War III — and it doesn’t look like past wars because it isn’t being fought by armies. It’s being fought through NGOs, protest movements, digital coordination, political capture, and psychological operations. The CCP, he argues, doesn’t need to invade when domestic actors can be activated to destabilize from within.

What’s happening in Minnesota illustrates a deeper institutional failure. Local and federal authorities appear either unwilling or unable to confront the threat — and in some cases, politically entangled with it. The result, Fleming says, is that Minnesota has effectively lost a critical internal battle.

The most urgent question now isn’t whether the protests are organized — it’s who the organizers ultimately answer to.

According to Fleming, the answer becomes obvious once you stop pretending this is organic unrest. The CCP doesn’t need American loyalty. It only needs American confusion, paralysis, and denial — and Minnesota may be the clearest warning yet that those conditions are already in place.
