The law enforcement veteran discusses his frustration in President Biden’s inability to effectively control our borders.
Fox News recently reported yet another case in which two migrants who have illegally entered the United States were charged with the murder of an innocent American citizen.
21-year old Johan Jose Rangel Martinez and 26-year old Franklin Jose Pena Ramos have been charged with the strangulation of 12-year old Jocelyn Nungaray, whose body was found in a creek after what appears to be sexual assault.
What’s frustrating about this is that both of these migrants were actually caught by Border Patrol agents making their way into the country. However, due to technicalities with President Joe Biden’s relaxed border policies, they were allowed to enter the country while awaiting further action in court.
This follows other cases in which a migrant was responsible for the death of a U.S. citizen, including the death of Rachel Morin earlier this year.
