The Supreme Court’s Decision to Stay All Rulings Could Lead to More Pro-Abortion Violence (Guest: Jim Harden)

CompassCare CEO Rev. Jim Harden sees trouble ahead as SCOTUS decides the fate of the abortion drug Mifepristone, dubbed the “chemical coat hanger.”

Executive summary/Proposed interview intro:

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule on Wednesday, April 19 on whether or not the abortion pill will be banned. This ruling will have far-reaching consequences since the majority of abortions in the United States are from abortion pills, not abortion surgery.

CompassCare CEO Rev. Jim Harden sees likely escalated violence against pro-life pregnancy centers like his that ‘dare’ to talk women out of having abortions.

Optional extended intro:

Last week was a chaotic week for the chemical abortion debate. A Federal Judge in TX forced the FDA to follow their own protocol in reviewing the chemical abortion drug Mifepristone. Immediately after the TX ruling, a Federal Judge from the Eastern District of Washington demanded that Chemical abortion be deregulated in 17 states. Then the 5th Circuit Court demanded that the FDA go back to the 2016 standard for Mifepristone (i.e. no mailing of the drug and no use of the drug past seven weeks gestation). This week, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has sounded off, choosing to stay all current rulings until at Wednesday, April 19.

Added to this, states whether pro-life or pro-abortion, continued entrenchment of their respective positions either further restricting abortion as in Florida or stockpiling chemical abortion pills like Washington and New York while attacking pro-life pregnancy centers and medical professionals as in Colorado

Pro-life strategist and CEO of CompassCare—a pro-life medical network in Buffalo, NY which was firebombed by Antifa/Jane’s Revenge on June 7, 2022—Rev. Jim Harden believes SCOTUS will side with the physician plaintiffs who brought the case against the FDA on behalf of their patients, telling the FDA to follow their own legal procedures for approving the dangerous chemical abortion drug, Mifepristone, dubbed the “Chemical Coat hanger.”  Rev. Harden goes on to further predict, “President Joe Biden will use the SCOTUS decision to justify crowding the bench with chemical coat hanger advocates to fuel Democrat 2024 election aspirations.”

Pro-abortion politicians could use the Court’s decision to relieve pressure from both the Department of Justice and Federal Law enforcement surrounding Maoist Antifa and Jane’s Revenge attacks on abortion centers, something that both the Senate and Judiciary Committee are still attempting to investigate.

Rev. Harden insisted that Attorney General Merrick Garland perjured himself when answering questions to the Senate Judiciary Committee on the subject of applying the FACE Act equally to pro-abortion Antifa attacking pro-life pregnancy centers. Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) recently agreed with Rev. Harden’s assessment of Garland’s testimony on March 1. And Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) just issued a subpoena to FBI Director Christopher Wray to provide answers as to illegal investigations of pro-life Christians.

Jim Harden is the director of CompassCare, a pro-life pregnancy center. He joins us now to discuss the matter further.

Q&A:

  1. You noted in a press statement how you believe SCOTUS will side with the physicians. How do you predict the ruling will look?
  2. You’ve been speaking out against the chemical abortion pill for some time. What kind of damage can it do to the female body? Could it also potentially kill them?
  3. You believe President Biden could benefit from the potential SCOTUS decision, possibly loading the Supreme Court with more Democratic nominees. Do you really believe he would go to this extent, just to push for more Democratic dominance in the 2024 elections?
  4. How will SCOTUS’s decision affects the current political climate and violence against pro-life entities—like Maoist Antifa when it comes to their attacks on pregnancy centers, such as the Buffalo CompassCare location?
  5. Speaking of the Buffalo CompassCare, has any further action taken place on finding the suspects behind last summer’s firebombing?
  6. There are doubtless people listening now who want to help. What can they do?
