The law enforcement veteran discusses a report that suggests the migrant situation is far worse than expected.
President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats insist that the ongoing Border Crisis isn’t that big of a deal. But the numbers don’t lie.
A new report from Newsweek (per Law Enforcement Today) have revealed just how bad the situation has become over the past few years.
For the FY-2023 period, over 15,000 illegal aliens with criminal convictions were caught at the southern border crossing into the United States – a new record. In addition, so far this year, there have been 13,130 arrests, compared to 2,438 arrests for the entire 2019-2020 period under former President Donald Trump’s term.
And keep in mind, this is just criminals that have been caught. Several have made their way into the U.S., harming and even killing citizens before being recaptured.
Newsweek notes that this is a “significant increase in the number of foreign criminals entering the United States.” And, again, this is all while Biden dismisses any problems, believing the situation isn’t as dire as many let on.
What’s worse, many members of the media, along with Democrats, are supporting this message. Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Ca.) recently noted on X, “Trump said the southern border is the most dangerous place in the world. FACT CHECK: it’s not.” Except, of course, no details to go along with said “fact check.”
