Texas Supreme Court Unanimously Rejects Challenge to Abortion Ban (Guest: Rev. Jim Harden)

On Friday, the Texas Supreme Court rejected an attempt to repeal the state’s abortion ban via the court system. The pro-abortion plaintiffs wanted more exceptions beyond the saving of the life of the mother. Texas has one of the most pro-baby laws in the nation.

The NBC News story announcing the decision uses clearly pro-abortion language throughout, even complaining the nine judges are “all Republicans” and takes a full 22 paragraphs discussing the horrors of the law before quoting a single pro-life position.

Rev. Jim Harden, CEO of CompassCare, joins us now to help us understand what happened in Texas and why this is a day to celebrate life in Texas.

Welcome, Jim.
