Tragic Tulsa Shooting Shows Effectiveness of Police Forces, But Could Constitutional-Carry Have Done More to Keep People Protected?

A tragic shooting took place in a medical building in Tulsa, Oklahoma, leaving four people dead before the gunman turned his weapon on himself.
