(Originally published on The American Thinker.) Democrat Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro has said he would not sign any execution warrants while he was governor. He even called for the Pennsylvania legislature to abolish the death penalty. Never say never, Governor. There are exceptions to every rule. In this case, some people deserve the death penalty.
