Klyczek expands upon the pioneering work of education whistleblower Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt, examining how decades of public-private partnerships, elite philanthropic influence, behavioral psychology, and federal education initiatives have steadily shifted power away from locally elected school boards and into the hands of government agencies and multinational corporations. He contends that what began as workforce training is evolving into a technocratic model that resembles the centralized control systems emerging in countries such as China.

As he warns about the rapid expansion of educational technology, Klyczek points to unprecedented opportunities to collect and monetize student data while conditioning children through algorithm-driven learning platforms. He argues these systems could ultimately support a Western version of a social credit system, where behavioral data, digital identities, and AI-driven assessments influence educational and economic opportunities. Rather than empowering families, he questions whether modern school choice initiatives may accelerate the corporatization of education by channeling students into technology-centered learning environments that generate vast amounts of personal data.
