TOPIC: Will the Kabul Attack Bring Terrorism to America’s Doorstep?
“Suicide bombs in Kabul today are suicide bombs in the US tomorrow.” Rep. Tony Gonzales, (TX)
We are already experiencing homegrown terrorist threats between the St. Louis Arch being shut down over a bomb threat; to the bomb threat near the Library of Congress just days before the Kabul bombing.
“As we approach the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, we as a nation are on alert for the possibility of more terror attacks in our country—both homegrown and from unknown people coming across our open southern border. We must not let peace at home lead to complacency.” Said Michael Letts, CEO/Founder of InVest USA.
America’s local law enforcement professionals just became the thin blue line standing between citizens and future acts on our soil. The first step in that is to stop pretending that we can trust the Taliban—they’re terrorists.
- What should Americans be thinking about to make themselves more safe?
- Lock your doors—whether you’re at home or out.
- Put your cars in your garage at night—and lock your garage doors.
- Have auto-movement lights installed around your property, especially around doors.
- Get your concealed carry or license to carry firearm and take classes
- America’s Founders included the 2nd Amendment for a reason.
- Do you think we are more or less safe against terrorism in the last 20 years?
- Do you believe that our cities that have de-funded the police are more vulnerable than ever to a terror attack?
- America’s cities that have had unruly anarchist groups, such as BLM & Antifa riots and violent protests since last year are susceptible for terror attacks.
- It’s a deadly combination with anarchist groups that most likely will welcome others into their destructive organizations; but the Democrat mayors have made cities vulnerable and citizens less safe by allowing violent crime to escalate without consequences.
- What is needed for law enforcement to be ready for the possibility of an attack?
- Mayors and municipal councils need to re-fund their police departments.
- The rhetoric and vitriol against men and women in law enforcement must stop—and that includes these ridiculous vaccine mandates being forced on officers.
- Make policing great again—99.9% of officers are fantastic in their sworn duty and that excellence needs to be publicly supported.
- Every first responder in America needs a protective active-shooter vest.
