Is Impeachment the Only Way to Get True Justice for Attacked Pro-Life Centers? (Guest: Jim Harden)

CompassCare CEO Jim Harden explains why taking the battle to the Biden Administration may be the best bet for getting answers on the attacks.

For months now, CompassCare has been pushing for the FBI and the Department of Justice to investigate Jane’s Revenge and other Maoist Antifa groups attacking pro-life people and entities. Now, someone has taken the next logical step—impeachment.

Noting a pattern of criminal behavior within the Biden Administration, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is filing articles of impeachment for both Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, because they are permitting “the Department of Justice to target people of faith and those seeking to protect the sanctity of life” and “persecuting the enemies” of the Biden Administration.

Jim Harden, CEO of CompassCare, congratulated Greene on her filings. “Impeaching Wray and Garland is a good first step. But undermining the Constitutional rule of law by coopting law enforcement to deprive pro-life people of their rights goes all the way up to Biden himself. It is possible that there are thousands in federal law enforcement or holding official office who should face trial for high crimes and misdemeanors including treason and sedition, violating their oath by using their official role to deprive citizens of their 1st and 14th Amendment rights to freedom of expression and equal protection while permitting or participating in acts of domestic terror.”

Harden had spoken on the matter earlier this month in a press statement, noting, “Using force or permitting the use of force for the purpose of getting people to stop behaving in ways that run counter to a political narrative is domestic terror. This applies as much to pro-abortion Antifa as it does to the FBI.

“Furthermore, conspiring to use the force of government to intimidate, threaten, or attack or permit the same on pro-life citizens in violation of their constitutional rights undermines the Rule of Law and is therefore seditious and treasonous. Those pro-life citizens who are not receiving equal protection under the law should file federal racketeering charges for triple damages against anyone connected to the crimes including the President, Vice President, and leadership of the DOJ, DHS, and FBI.”

CompassCare will double the number of women served in 2023 by delivering the 21st Century telehealth tools to 70 pro-life pregnancy centers, cutting the time it takes for a woman to be served by a pro-life nurse from 24 hours to 24 seconds.

Rev. Harden joins us now to discuss this further.

Q&A:

  1. Is it true that the FBI has told you to shut up? Why haven’t you?
  2. Why do you think the FBI and Department of Justice have been denying equal justice to pro-life people and entities while refusing to name these activities against them as domestic terrorism?
  3. There have been reports that the FBI is going after pro-life people—both Protestants and Catholics. Is it time to bring a balance of justice to this agency, once and for all?
  4. The House and Senate Judiciary Committees are currently looking into the actions of the FBI, noting a great deal of wrongdoing. Should they take these impeachment articles under advisement, as evidence from that could prove useful in their investigations?
  5. What do you think this situation will do in to the 2024 election?
  6. Has the FBI made any progress in the case of the June 7th firebombing of CompassCare’s Buffalo pro-life medical office from last year?
  7. Tell us more about CompassCare and the services you provide for those needing assistance with their pregnancy.
  8. What can people do if they’re looking for protection against pro-abortion types, such as Jane’s Revenge?
