Iran-US Tensions Heating Up As Militias Target DC

nterview Opportunity with Shiloh, Israel Mayor David Rubin

Iran-backed militia groups in Iraq, posting in a chat network, are claiming to have a resistance cell with the capacity to target American troops inside the United States, according to a report in Middle East Media Research Institute.

According to a screenshot of the message, the militias boasted that “The axis of resistance today is stronger than before. Resistance cells are rooted even in America and its capital,” The post, which included a picture of a casket containing American soldiers, was made by a Telegram chat network that is used by Iranian militia groups and supporters. Here to discuss this is David Rubin, former Mayor of Shiloh, Israel and author of Trump and the Jews.

Suggested Questions:

  1. Is this all just talk, or should Americans be concerned? Firstly, we need to understand that there is a background to this. The Iranian regime has been establishing its presence and attacking American targets in both Iraq and Syria, and throughout the Middle East for years, including a recent attack on an Iraqi air base that houses American troops.
  2. Is it accurate that these Iranian militia groups are also planning attacks on American soil? According to Middle East Media Research Institute, that is indeed what is happening. It’s critical to remember that from the moment that Iran’s Shiite Muslim religious leader Ayatollah Khomeini declared in 1979, the intention to export the Islamic revolution, the goal of the Iranian regime, and of its surrogates, has remained the same: To use its expanding terrorism network to spread its evil around the world.
  3. Have these developments been affected by the Biden administration’s efforts to engage Iran in negotiations to help the US reenter the Ian nuclear deal? Biden’s team has been sending out confusing signals. On the one hand, they have made it clear that they want back into the deal. On the other, American troops have recently attacked Iranian targets in Syria, which we Israelis have been doing for years.
  4. What approach would you recommend? Here in the Middle East, we learned a long time ago that weakness does not work. The best defense is a good offense. The Iranian regime does not respect a country that projects weakness. If you telegraph eagerness to negotiate with those who are attacking your forces and are planning to attack your cities, you can expect them to be emboldened by your outstretched hand, which they interpret as weakness.
  1. Your book, Trump and the Jews, emphasizes the effectiveness of the “peace through strength” approach that worked well for presidents like Reagan and Trump. Where can people get a copy of Trump and the Jews? They can get a copy at www.DavidRubinIsrael.com or go to Amazon and type in the words, Trump and the Jews.
