Impeachment Articles against Joe Biden (Guest: Jim Harden)

Suggested intro: U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene just unveiled impeachment articles against President Joe Biden, citing that he is “unfit to serve,” in addition to alleging that he has violated his oath of office in not securing the country’s borders and protecting national security.

This comes as the Republican has introduced similar articles against Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.

“It is with the highest amount of solemnity that I announce my intention to introduce articles of impeachment today on the head of this America-at-last Executive Branch that has been working since January 20th, 2021, to systematically destroy this country: the President of the United States, Joseph Robinette Biden,” Greene said.

Commenting on this breaking news topic is Jim Harden, the director of the largest chain of pro-life pregnancy centers in New York. Recently his headquarters in Buffalo was damaged by domestic terrorism, firebombed, and defaced. Harden faults the FBI for refusing to make indictments for FACE Act violations.

  1. Ian Sams, White House spokesman for oversight and investigations, responded by calling Greene’s plan a “stunt.” Do you view this as a stunt?

Answer: Not a stunt at all; in fact, it’s overdue. It’s a viable and timely option action.

  1. What does Representative Greene say Biden should be ousted from office?
Answer: Because he had neglected to protect the border and had “deliberately compromised our national security by refusing to enforce immigration laws and secure our border.”
  2. You have a vested interest in this impeachment because the purported pro-abortion activists suspects who firebombed your pro-life pregnancy center have not been apprehended despite the fact that Attorney General Garland has video footage of the perpetrators actually throwing the firebomb through the glass windows, and footage of the getaway car and its license plate. How can this be and do you think Garland should also be impeached?

Answer: Yes, he should be impeached. He’s exercising woke justice, refusing to arrest abortion activists.

  1. Where may we get more information on CompassCare and your work?

More for longer interviews:

Biden was chastised by Greene for allowing “approximately six million illegals from over 170 countries to invade our country” and said that the president had denied Customs and Border Protection (CBP) the funding it needed to protect the border. Essentially, Biden has allowed migrants to “invade” the country, while depriving border control agents of the resources and policies they require to perform their duties.

“His policies, directives and statements surrounding the southern border have violated our laws and destroyed our country,” she said. “Biden has blatantly violated his constitutional duty, and he is a direct threat to our national security.”

Greene alleges that Biden has allowed fentanyl to “flood” into the nation and murder Americans on a daily basis.

In addition, she criticized the administration’s intention to instruct Customs and Border Protection to let immigrants enter the country without a court date or a mechanism to follow up on their whereabouts. According to the process, immigrants must check in via an app up until they receive a court date.

According to Greene, it amounts to “catch-and-release,” as the migrants are not kept in jail until their court date but rather discharged.

The president and other American officials may be impeached and removed from office if they are found guilty of “treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors,” according to Article II of the Constitution.

“There’s never any consequences for anyone in the federal government when regular American citizens face consequences all the time, and I’m introducing these articles because this is what people are demanding,” Greene said.

Synopsis:

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has introduced impeachment articles against President Joe Biden, accusing him of being “unfit to serve” and violating his oath of office. The articles primarily focus on Biden’s handling of border security and national security issues. This pitch sheet presents an overview of the grounds for impeachment as outlined by Representative Greene.

Article 1: Neglect of Border Security and Compromised National Security

President Biden has been accused of neglecting to protect the border and compromising national security by refusing to enforce immigration laws and secure the border.

Greene argues that the President’s policies, directives, and statements concerning the southern border have violated the law and undermined the nation’s security.

The impeachment article emphasizes Biden’s alleged failure to provide adequate resources and support to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents, resulting in an influx of undocumented immigrants from various countries.

Article 2: Permissive Immigration Policies and “Catch-and-Release”

The second impeachment article alleges that President Biden’s administration has implemented permissive immigration policies that allow immigrants to enter the country without a court date or a proper mechanism to track their whereabouts.

Greene argues that the practice of “catch-and-release” leads to the release of undocumented migrants instead of detaining them until their court dates, thus undermining immigration enforcement efforts.

Article 3: Facilitating the Influx of Fentanyl

Greene accuses President Biden of allowing fentanyl, a dangerous opioid, to enter the country and cause harm to American citizens.

The impeachment article claims that the administration’s policies have allowed fentanyl to “flood” into the nation, leading to daily deaths and posing a grave threat to public health and safety.

Conclusion:

Representative Greene asserts that President Joe Biden should be impeached for his alleged neglect of border security, compromised national security, permissive immigration policies, and facilitation of the fentanyl influx. The introduction of these impeachment articles aims to hold the President accountable for his actions and address the concerns raised by a significant portion of the American population. The impeachment process will determine the validity and consequences of these allegations.
