Law enforcement veteran Michael Letts believes the Biden administration needs to bring fundamental change to protect our borders.
Though many were celebrating the ringing in of the New Year over the weekend, others were busy risking their lives to protect others.
A report from the New York Post confirmed that an officer performing his first day of duty in New York came under attack by someone with a machete – just blocks away from the yearly Times Square celebration.
Rumored to be a radicalized Islamic assailant, they left the rookie with a large laceration and skull fracture, and also managed to injure a second officer with a laceration before being shot and taken into custody.
This unprovoked attack is the latest in a line of assaults by illegal immigrants. This is mainly due to the lack of support by President Joe Biden and his administration improving Border Patrol is concerned.
