Straight Woman Lands Haymaker; sends Woke Agenda to the Canvas with 9-0 Supreme Court Ruling
When even the most liberal justices on the Supreme Court—including Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson—side with a straight, Christian woman over a state agency accused of identity-based discrimination, it sends a clear message: what happened in Ohio was indefensible. A unanimous 9-0 decision is rare—and damning. If this is the conduct bold enough to be struck down at the highest level, what other abuses are festering inside the Ohio Department of Youth Services that haven’t yet seen the light of day?
The Supreme Court just delivered a thunderous, unanimous rebuke to the woke double standards infecting our workplaces. In Ames v. Ohio Department of Youth Services, all nine justices sided with Marlean Ames—a straight, Christian woman—who was denied a promotion and later demoted in favor of gay candidates. Why? Because she had the “wrong” identity.
The Court rightly ruled that so-called “majority” Americans don’t need to meet a higher standard of proof when they are victims of discrimination. The Sixth Circuit’s twisted rule—requiring heterosexuals, Christians, or white Americans to prove “background circumstances” before having their claims taken seriously—was pure legal bigotry. And now it’s dead.
Leigh Wambsganss, Chief Communications Officer of Patriot Mobile, sees this as a long-overdue win for real equality: “This ruling affirms what most Americans already know—discrimination is wrong, no matter who the victim is. The Left has tried to redefine fairness through the lens of identity politics, but truth still matters. Qualifications should count more than sexual orientation.”
Patriot Mobile, America’s only Christian conservative wireless provider, has long championed equal rights rooted in American values—not Marxist quotas. Wambsganss is available to speak on how this case exposes the growing problem of institutional anti-Christian bias and the weaponization of DEI in government agencies.
“This ruling tells ordinary Americans—especially women of faith—you’re not crazy. You are being targeted,” Wambsganss added. “And now the highest court in the land is calling it what it is: unconstitutional.”
If you’d like to book Leigh Wambsganss to discuss this landmark ruling, the battle against reverse discrimination, or the need for moral courage in America’s workplaces, we’d be happy to coordinate.
