In other words, Wiley argues, the odds are roughly one billion times smaller than randomly selecting a single predetermined star out of every star in the observable universe.
Among the independently verified facts: Senate travel vouchers proving the government paid Plumlee to testify before the Kerry Committee; classified HSCA and Church Committee records still under seal decades later; confirmed aliases in Pentagon files; CIA-linked operational details later validated by Iran-Contra investigations; and repeated FBI monitoring efforts extending into 2026.
