Epstein Expert: DOJ Sees Perps as Victims

Blanche LIED: 13-Word Email TORPEDOES Deputy Attorney General’s Claim no Evidence Epstein Trafficked to Others

****Redacted Email indicates DOJ views Epstein Johns as “Victims”****

It doesn’t get any easier to understand than this. At his press conference announcing the release of 3 million pages from the Epstein files, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said, “If we had any evidence about men who abused women, we would prosecute them.” Aside from the fact that he seemed to be attempting to make “women” and “underaged girls” synonymous, he should have a tough time defending this.

A single, short email from a redacted sender appears to provide that evidence. Sent in 2014, Epstein received an email from a redacted sender (redacted for no apparent reason other than to protect this individual). The email said: “Thank you for a fun night… Your littlest girl was a little naughty.” If, has been stated, redactions in these documents were only meant to protect the victims, does it now mean that Blanche and the Department of Justice he works for, views perpetrators as victims?

[DOES THIS REDACTION SHOW DOJ SEES PERPS AS VICTIMS?]

Veteran investigative journalist and 20-year Epstein Expert Nick Bryant is available for interviews on this latest revelation. He is also the author of The Franklin Scandal: a Story of Powerbrokers, Child Abuse & Betrayal

Bryant has referred to the Franklin Scandal as a “Carbon Copy” of the Epstein scandal.

Blanche — the nation’s No. 2 DOJ official — has repeatedly stated that the department’s exhaustive review of the Epstein–Maxwell trafficking network turned up “no evidence… that could predicate an investigation into uncharged third parties.” That claim was echoed in official DOJ statements even as millions of pages of investigatory files were made public.

At the same time, **newly disclosed documents contain FBI reports, internal memos, and witness statements suggesting that Epstein and his associates did, in fact, traffic young women and girls to influential men outside Epstein’s immediate circle — including detailed accounts of coercive encounters and facilitation of sexual encounters with powerful figures.

This contradiction — between Blanche’s assurances that no such evidence exists and the raw material now available to the public — raises urgent and legitimate questions about accountability, transparency, and the Justice Department’s handling of one of the most notorious sex-trafficking networks in modern history.

Nick Bryant is uniquely positioned to speak authoritatively about this controversy. As an investigative journalist with deep expertise on Epstein’s operations and connections, Bryant can explain:

  • Why Blanche’s statements appear at odds with the substance of the Epstein files now being released.
  • How the newly released documents substantiate long-standing survivor claims about third-party trafficking and facilitation.
  • The implications of a senior DOJ official publicly minimizing or denying evidence that’s now clearly in the record.
  • What this means for justice, institutional credibility, and accountability for powerful figures tied to Epstein’s network.

Bryant, whose name also appeared in emails released as part of the 3 million pages (he was viewed as a problem for Epstein’s ring as early as 2011), can articulate not just the factual discrepancies but the broader consequences for victims, public trust, and ongoing demands for full disclosure. At a moment when Americans are rightly skeptical of how elite wrongdoing is investigated — especially involving political and economic power — Bryant’s insight turns an institutional defense into a pressing story of justice vs. obfuscation.

This is not just another legal tussle — it’s about whether the truth in the Epstein files will be acknowledged or buried behind official talking points. Nick Bryant can explain why that distinction matters.

Optional Q&A:

  1. Why is Todd Blanche’s claim that there’s “no evidence” of Epstein trafficking girls to other men so significant?
  2. What specific documents, testimony, or records contradict Blanche’s public statement?
  3. How does this claim square with survivor accounts and prior investigative findings already on the record?
  4. Is this a matter of semantics, legal maneuvering, or something closer to outright misrepresentation?
  5. Why would the DOJ downplay third-party trafficking when the Epstein case has always centered on facilitation?
  6. What does Blanche’s statement signal to victims who have said Epstein delivered them to powerful men?
  7. How common is it for senior DOJ officials to make categorical claims that don’t match the underlying evidence?
  8. If Blanche is wrong—or misleading—what should Congress, the courts, or the public demand next?

ABOUT NICK BRYANT…

Nick Bryant is an investigative journalist and director of www.EpsteinJustice.com  He spent seven years investigating a child sex trafficking network that was covered up by state and federal authorities, culminating in The Franklin Scandal: A Story of Powerbrokers, Child Abuse, and Betrayal. The trafficking network I wrote about in The Franklin Scandal has been the focal point of considerable misinformation and/or disinformation on the Internet. Individuals who, perhaps, suffer from psychiatric disorders have woven the Illuminati and shape shifting reptilian ETs into the narrative.

But the book’s foremost transgressor has been Wikipedia. The “Franklin child prostitution ring allegations” Wikipedia page has been under siege by unscrupulous Wikipedia “editors,” and they’ve intentionally made it nonsensical.

The Franklin Scandal and the Epstein scandal are quite similar in the sense that both child trafficking networks were covered up by state and federal authorities and the mainstream media has been complicit, because it never demanded justice for the children whose lives had been disfigured.  I started investigating the Epstein network in 2012, when I acquired his “Little Black Book”—seven years before the case broke nationally. I pitched an article on the Little Black Book for three years to mainstream media outlets, but, like The Franklin Scandal, my pitches were met with unbridled skepticism and incredulity.

In 2015, finally, Gawker published the Little Black Book and accompanying articles. I found it ironic that Gawker, considered to be the mean kids in the media, had the fortitude to publish a story about children whose lives have been disfigured with impunity, whereas media outlets ostensibly immersed in integrity had rejected the story.

His latest book, The Truth About Watergate: A Tale of Extraordinary Lies and Liars, details the false narrative that our history books have imparted about the infamous Watergate affair.
