Epstein Eugenics Files: Diary of Victim Reveals Global Predator’s Sick Agenda Went Far Beyond Sex Trafficking, Abuse
Twenty-three years ago this week, Jeffrey Epstein arrived in Cape Town with Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey, and Chris Tucker in tow. That same night, 20-year-old Juliette Bryant was lured into what would become one of the most harrowing and revealing chapters in the Epstein saga. Now, for the first time, her story is being told in her own words—through the diary she kept at the height of her captivity.
In Blue Butterfly: Inside the Diary of an Epstein Survivor, author Sarah McCarthy—Juliette’s close personal friend—brings Bryant’s unfiltered voice to light, exposing not just Epstein’s trafficking machine but the darker, lesser-known medical and psychological abuses he carried out on his victims. The book is now available for pre-order at TrineDay.com, ahead of its November 18 release.
Between 2002 and 2004, Juliette Bryant was trafficked across continents and paraded through Epstein’s residences. Her pink notebook, adorned with a blue butterfly, documented not only her abuse but chilling encounters with scientists, handlers, and co-conspirators who enabled Epstein’s power. The diary describes her final trip to Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, where Juliette awoke paralyzed as a female doctor performed a procedure on her—without her consent.
Unlike previous accounts that focus solely on Epstein’s trafficking ring, Blue Butterfly reveals his obsession with eugenics, artificial intelligence, cloning, and transhumanism—and how he used victims like Juliette as unwitting participants in his schemes.
“Juliette’s diary doesn’t just capture her trauma,” McCarthy says. “It exposes the experimental mindset driving Epstein’s empire—why he cultivated scientists, psychologists, and global elites to push agendas that went far beyond sexual abuse.”
This deeply personal account—told with Sarah McCarthy’s investigative depth and survivor intimacy—forces readers to confront what Epstein truly represented: a predator operating at the intersection of wealth, power, and unrestrained science.
Blue Butterfly isn’t just another Epstein book. It’s Juliette’s voice finally being heard, her diary unveiled as both testimony and evidence.

ABOUT SARAH MCCARTHY…
Born in South Africa during Apartheid, Sarah was dismayed when she first traveled to the United States on a family holiday as a young girl in early 1980s. There, she witnessed her beloved country embroiled in such tumultuous turmoil on TV, she believed she wasn’t able to return home. It was her first lesson in media distortion, and the danger of trusting a single narrative.
At meal times, waitrons asked the family two recurring questions: “How can you be from Africa when you’re white?” and “Isn’t it dangerous living there with all the wild animals?” Sarah—who loves Africa, animals, and the wild—was fortunately able to return home. Growing up, she competed in show jumping most weekends, earning many ribbons and several broken bones.
While Blue Butterfly is her first published book, Sarah has always been a writer at heart. During her final school exams, she won an award for the best creative writing essay in South Africa. After earning a business degree, she spent two decades in London, building a successful copywriting career. There, she worked for top agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and companies including HSBC, Harrods, and Burberry.
Obsessed with uncovering the truth, she blends research, survivor testimonies, and deep intuition to investigate who’s pulling the levers of power—and question why they seek to control humanity. While she no longer rides competitively, her happy place still on a horse, where she feels grounded, free, and far from the madness.
