Deep State Targets RFK Jr. (Guest: Cecily Routman)

Establishment Suddenly Pro-Life

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is a Democrat. His uncle and father are heroes to the left-wing, pro-abortion crowd. President-elect Donald Trump is a Republican who has nominated Kennedy to lead the sprawling bureaucracy known as the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). So, this should be seen as Trump “reaching across the aisle”, right?

Uh, not so much.

Establishment Democrats and Republicans are both unhappy with this selection. Why? For starters, Kennedy wants to dismantle the bureaucracy and expose the evils behind its curtain. He wants to take a rather large scalpel to Big Pharma and has been extremely critical of Dr. Anthony Fauci and vaccines. Establishment Republican officials and publications – like Mike Pence and National Review, respectively – are pointing to Kennedy’s pro-choice views on abortion as a reason to erode support for the pick.

Guess who doesn’t have a problem with the pick. Cecily Routman, President of the Jewish Pro-Life Foundation. Her views on abortion are more than crystal clear. She unequivocally denounces it. So how could she support RFK, Jr. as HHS Secretary?

“RFK jr.’s work with the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) has been superb. Supporting life isn’t exclusively about life in the womb,” Routman explains, “It’s also about caring for life outside the womb relative to things like nutrition and help kids live healthy lives.” Routman believes that these positions will ultimately lead to fewer abortions.

Routman’s take is unique for a staunch pro-life advocate. In fact, she wonders how many young women choose abortion because of the perception many must have, that the odds of their child being born sick or growing up in poor health are increasingly higher because of the FDA and Big Pharma bringing harm to them on so many fronts.

The fight for America has long ago stopped becoming about Republicans vs. Democrats. It is now the Uni-Party elites vs. We the People. Look no further than who has taken issue with the appointment of Robert Kennedy, Jr.

Q&A:

  1. Cecily, you’ve made it clear that you’re a strong pro-life advocate. Can you explain why you support RFK Jr.’s nomination as Secretary of Health and Human Services, despite his pro-choice stance?
  2. RFK Jr.’s advocacy through Children’s Health Defense (CHD) has been praised for challenging Big Pharma and the FDA. How do you believe his work in those areas aligns with your pro-life values, especially regarding the health and well-being of children?

  6. Establishment figures in both parties have criticized RFK Jr.’s nomination. Why do you think both Democrats and Republicans are so opposed to him, especially given his stance on issues like Big Pharma and government bureaucracy?
