Could This Supreme Court Case Turn the Entire United States Immigration System On Its Head? (Guest: Nicole McCaw)

The host and producer of the docuseries BorderWars discusses the potential actions coming from the case surrounding a U.S. citizen’s husband.

As out-of-hand as the current Border Crisis is in the United States right now, there’s a chance that things could become much worse.

A new report from The Epoch Times reveals that a forthcoming Supreme Court case could very well take away a vital tool that allows the government to follow immigration law enforcement. As such, various legal sources note it could “throw the system into chaos.”

The case surrounds Luis Asencio-Cordero, a Salvadoran citizen with a clean criminal record. His U.S. immigration was initially denied because a consular office mistook his tattoos as “gang membership,” believing him to be a threat.

As such, his wife, U.S. citizen Sandra Munoz, challenged the decision, believing her husband’s rights were violated.

With the forthcoming case, the Administrative Procedure Act (APA as it’s called) will come into question. But some legal experts believe “cracking down on the doctrine,” as it’s deemed, could harm the immigration system and cripple how it conducts business. As such, things could become much worse at the Border, due to the disarray already provided by the lack of support from President Joe Biden and his administration.

With the case set to be heard on April 23, a lot of people are going to be watching what happens. But the question is what could unfold after.

Joining us now to discuss this further is Nicole McCaw, a host and producer with NTD Television. She currently serves as producer and host for BorderWars, a new documentary that follows her and her crew as they look at the trials and tribulations occurring at the U.S./Mexico border. Her expertise make her an ideal guest for his show.

About Nicole McCaw…

Nicole McCaw is a fierce warrior for all things America! She has dedicated her life to the fight for liberty and justice, as well as being a voice for the voiceless.

At 19 years old, she traveled the country speaking out against human rights abuses in communist China. Her passion and quest soon took her demonstrations at the White House, and the U.S. Capital, before being a ‘J-6er’ was vogue.

After having been a successful host and producer with NTD Television, an arm of The Epoch Times, she put her TV career on hold for the most important job…motherhood.

But Nicole is back in front of cameras again, as a producer/host of the Documentary film, “BorderWars,” bringing her to some of the most dangerous places in the United States, for two years, capturing over 150 hours of original footage of the trials and tribulations on the U.S.-Mexican border.
