Questions 4 Clintons: Truth about Epstein Relationship depends on daring questions, not how Bill and Hillary Handle Themselves
Rep. Jim Renacci, political commentator Jeff Crouere, and investigative journalist and Epstein expert Nick Bryant are available to discuss a rare and consequential development in Washington: Bill and Hillary Clinton agreeing to be deposed before Congress in order to avoid a contempt vote after failing to comply with a congressional subpoena. This is not just another high-profile appearance by two of the most seasoned political operators in modern American history. It is a moment that demands prosecutorial seriousness—and it begins with the 20 questions that should be asked, questions designed not for soundbites or spectacle, but to force clarity, expose contradictions, and box witnesses into answers they cannot talk their way out of implicating themselves.
In Congress, theater often wins the day. Part of the show involves partisan actors shilling for witnesses or failing to do their jobs effectively. Failure to ask the right questions can actually implicate members of Congress. Here are 20 questions that SHOULD be asked of the Clintons:
- Why are there SO many phone numbers for you in Epstein’s Black Book (Attached)
- When did you first learn that Jeffrey Epstein was under criminal investigation for sex crimes, and who informed you—by name, date, and method?
- State every instance in which either of you met Epstein in person, the location of each meeting, and who else was present.
- Explain why Epstein was permitted proximity to you after credible allegations against him were public knowledge.
- Who approved Bill Clinton’s travel on Epstein-linked aircraft, and what due diligence—if any—was performed beforehand?
- Account for every trip, stop, overnight stay, and passenger associated with those flights, and identify who prepared the manifests.
- Were any government security protocols waived, altered, or ignored in connection with Epstein-related travel?
- Did Epstein ever provide money, services, introductions, or strategic assistance to either of you or to entities connected to you?
- Identify all communications—emails, calls, intermediaries—between you and Epstein after his 2008 plea deal.
- What discussions did Epstein initiate concerning intelligence, leverage, recordings, or surveillance, and how did you respond?
- Did Epstein ever reference possessing damaging information about powerful individuals, including yourselves?
- Were any Clinton Foundation donors, projects, or partners introduced or facilitated by Epstein or his financial network?
- Who inside your political, legal, or philanthropic orbit acted as a point of contact with Epstein?
- What steps did you take to distance yourselves once Epstein’s conduct was no longer deniable?
- Were any records—emails, calendars, visitor logs—deleted, withheld, or sanitized following Epstein’s arrest or death?
- Did you ever discuss Epstein with officials at the Department of Justice, FBI, or State Department, formally or informally?
- What favors, if any, did Epstein request from you, and what was given in return?
- Why did Epstein believe he had continued access to you despite his criminal exposure?
- Who advised you on public statements minimizing or distancing your relationship with Epstein?
- What facts about your interactions with Epstein have you never disclosed publicly, and why not?
- Will you submit to sworn testimony and release all relevant records today—yes or no?

- What does history tell us about why Congress so often fails in high-profile interrogations like this?
- What separates real prosecutorial questioning from the kind of grandstanding we usually see in congressional hearings?

While in Congress, Jim earned a reputation for being a principled conservative and effective legislator. He quickly rose through the ranks to serve on the Committee on Financial Services, as vice-chair of the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit, and as a member of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.
