Invisible Hand: If the Biden Signatures are Invalid, then so are the Pardons; Indictments are VALID
We may be on the cusp of the most consequential constitutional crisis in modern history. The release of the House Oversight Committee’s Report on The Biden Autopen Presidency— a roughly 100-page oversight document — alleges that Joe Biden’s own staff used a mechanical autopen to issue executive actions, including presidential pardons, without Biden’s full awareness and possibly without his direct authorization. If verified, these actions may be legally invalid.
Jim Harden has been the target of politically inspired persecution and lawfare, from both Biden’s Department of Justice and New York’s Attorney General, Letitia James. Ironically, Antifa James is one of the establishment politicians who has been indicted recently, for fraud. Harden has also been the victim of ANTIFA violence, via firebombings.
This means individuals who believe they were pardoned may, in fact, not be pardoned at all, and remain open to indictment or renewed prosecution. Among those most immediately affected would be Hunter Biden, whose legal exposure would return with full force if any autopen-issued pardon is ruled void. That possibility may explain Hunter Biden’s recent aggressive public maneuver — suggesting that Donald Trump is hiding something explosive by not releasing the Epstein files. When someone who is potentially facing reinstated federal charges goes on offense like that, it signals a shift in strategy born from pressure, not confidence.
At the same time, a bounty has reportedly been placed on former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi — a public figure who has repeatedly challenged corruption linked to the Biden network. This raises a disturbing question: Who is being threatened — and why — if the legitimacy of these pardons is unraveling?
Harden emphasizes that the core issue is no longer partisan. It is not simply about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline or staff overreach; it is about who was actually governing while the autopen was in use. If the president did not make the decisions, then someone unelected did. That would mean the executive authority of the United States was, even temporarily, outsourced to an unaccountable actor — something that has never occurred in American history.
Harden argues that this moment exposes a long-standing shadow governance structure operating behind public institutions. The question now is whether the country will confront it.
