AOC: “Congress is looking into media literacy initiatives” to help rein in “misinformation”

(aka silence all opposing thought)

Intro: Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez revealed in a live stream on Instagram earlier this week that “Congress is looking into media literacy initiatives, including a commission to help “rein in” misinformation in the wake of last week’s deadly breach of the U.S. Capitol,” according to Fox News. What she is referring to is silencing any opposition to the liberal runaway train that is seeking total control of government and citizen thought. Joining us in this discussion is Dave Workman who wrote an eye-opening article on this for Liberty Park Press.

Q&A:

  1. Here’s a quote from Congresswoman Alexandria Occasion Cortez, otherwise referred to as AOC: “I can say, there is absolutely a commission being discussed but it seems to be more investigatory, in style rather than truth and reconciliation, so I think that’s an interesting concept for us to explore, and I do think that several members of Congress, in some of my discussions, have brought up media literacy because that is a part of what happened here and we’re going to have to figure out how we rein in our media environment so that you can’t just spew disinformation and misinformation.” Translate that for us.
  1. Within days of Joe Biden’s far-left administration being certified by Mike Pence, team Biden has promised moves against the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens. What kind of damage can The Squad leader AOC and the Democrats do to our cherished 2nd Amendment rights?
  1. Moving from the 2nd Amendment back to the 1st Amendment, what kind trouble are we in with regard to our 1st Amendment rights of freedom of speech and freedom of religion under Democrat rule, using the Capitol incursion as an excuse to take away additional rights?
  1. Delta Airlines announced that it will not allow passengers on Washington, D.C.-bound flights to check firearms, beginning Saturday and continuing through Jan. 23, according to the Washington Post over purported fears of violence in 50 different state capitol protests expected on January 20. What do you make of that?
  1. What exactly is Delta’s poliicy for flyers? They seem to have made contradictory rules. One reported by the Washington Post was that the latest step air carriers are taking to ensure the safety of travelers ahead of next week’s presidential inauguration but that

airline passengers can travel with firearms, so long as they are unloaded and locked in a hard-sided case in checked luggage. Ditto for ammunition. But it would not be possible for a passenger to access a firearm checked into the cargo hold. Can you clarify this, please?

  1. In your Liberty Park Press article you cited Newsmax as saying, “A majority of Republicans say President Donald Trump was right to challenge his election loss and don’t blame him for the mob riot at the Capitol.” The news agency based its story on the results of an Axios/Ipsos survey that found 91 percent of identified Republicans support his challenge of the election results. The survey also learned 96 percent of Trump supporters think he’s made the Republican Party better, and a whopping 92 percent of his supporters want Trump to run again in 2024. Please expand on that. How many Trump supporters now think the President should be removed from office?
