Epstein Victims ‘Prostitutes’: Lawyer Alan Dershowitz Minimized Victims while Circled in Predator’s Black Book

The Jeffrey Epstein scandal continues to unravel in ways that strike at the very heart of power, privilege, and accountability. Newly surfaced documents and emails reveal Alan Dershowitz, the famed attorney and Harvard law professor, describing Epstein as a “good person” and “one of his close friends.” Even more shocking, a memo from Epstein’s defense team cites Dershowitz as having dismissed Epstein’s underage victims as “self-described prostitutes” who “don’t feel harmed” and were simply “out for money.” These words, whether legal strategy or personal conviction, expose the callous minimization at the core of Epstein’s defense.

Nick Bryant is the man who first published Epstein’s black book and flight logs back in 2015. Bryant provides very specific information about Alan Dershowitz and it has to do with reasons why Dershowitz’s name was circled in Epstein’s Black Book.

Few journalists know the Epstein story as intimately as Nick Bryant. In 2012, Bryant obtained Epstein’s infamous black book from Epstein’s former house manager, Alfredo Rodriguez. When Bryant published the book in 2015, it contained nearly 2,000 names — powerful elites, corporate titans, celebrities, and politicians. Some of the entries had multiple phone numbers. Crucially, Rodriguez had circled certain names in pen, identifying individuals he believed were directly implicated in Epstein’s criminal enterprise. Alan Dershowitz’s name was one of those circled.

The significance of these latest revelations cannot be overstated. Dershowitz’s own public record — from describing Epstein as a friend to dismissing the credibility of the victims — collides with his prominent presence in Epstein’s black book, highlighted by Rodriguez himself. Compounding the controversy is Dershowitz’s history with Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s most vocal survivors, who alleged she was trafficked to Dershowitz. Dershowitz vehemently denied the claim and went so far as to sue Giuffre for defamation, but the association and accusations continue to shadow him.

Bryant, whose reporting on Epstein long predates mainstream attention, is uniquely positioned to connect these threads. He has already brought the black book to light and is one of the few reporters who pursued the story when most outlets looked away. With fresh documentation revealing Dershowitz’s own words in defense of Epstein, Bryant can now draw a direct line between the legal strategy, the black book, and the circled names that spoke volumes about who may have been in Epstein’s inner circle.

The Epstein story is not over — and for Alan Dershowitz, these revelations threaten to dismantle the defenses he’s clung to for years.

ABOUT NICK BRYANT…

Nick Bryant is an investigative journalist and director of www.EpsteinJustice.com  He spent seven years investigating a child sex trafficking network that was covered up by state and federal authorities, culminating in The Franklin Scandal: A Story of Powerbrokers, Child Abuse, and Betrayal. The trafficking network I wrote about in The Franklin Scandal has been the focal point of considerable misinformation and/or disinformation on the Internet. Individuals who, perhaps, suffer from psychiatric disorders have woven the Illuminati and shape shifting reptilian ETs into the narrative.

But the book’s foremost transgressor has been Wikipedia. The “Franklin child prostitution ring allegations” Wikipedia page has been under siege by unscrupulous Wikipedia “editors,” and they’ve intentionally made it nonsensical.

The Franklin Scandal and the Epstein scandal are quite similar in the sense that both child trafficking networks were covered up by state and federal authorities and the mainstream media has been complicit, because it never demanded justice for the children whose lives had been disfigured.  I started investigating the Epstein network in 2012, when I acquired his “Little Black Book”—seven years before the case broke nationally. I pitched an article on the Little Black Book for three years to mainstream media outlets, but, like The Franklin Scandal, my pitches were met with unbridled skepticism and incredulity.

In 2015, finally, Gawker published the Little Black Book and accompanying articles. I found it ironic that Gawker, considered to be the mean kids in the media, had the fortitude to publish a story about children whose lives have been disfigured with impunity, whereas media outlets ostensibly immersed in integrity had rejected the story.

His latest book, The Truth About Watergate: A Tale of Extraordinary Lies and Liars, details the false narrative that our history books have imparted about the infamous Watergate affair.
