Even though Iran isn’t striking at the moment, Israeli’s Prime Minister made it very clear that it shouldn’t attack Israel
As the United States and Iran continue their ongoing negotiations in the midst of a temporary ceasefire, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made it very clear what could happen if Iran considered a strike in his region. And Founder and President of the Shiloh Israel Children’s Fund, former Mayor of Shiloh David Rubin is paying close attention.
- Speaking with Fox News, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made it clear that Iran would be making a “terrible mistake” attacking Israel.
- Netanyahu is preparing for a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump in the midst of these negotiations, possibly to talk new strategy.
- There had been some strain in the relationship between Netanyahu and Trump in the past, but it appears they’re on the same page when it comes to the threat of Iran.
In an interview with Fox News, Netanyahu stated, “If Iran attacks Israel – either directly or through proxies, either with ballistic missiles or UAVs or killer drones – it will make a terrible mistake. Because our response, Israel’s response, will be very, very forceful.”
At the moment, there doesn’t appear to be any strikes happening between Iran and the United States, as the two sides are currently in negotiations following the fallout of their previous memorandum. But it’s clear Netanyahu wants to be clear to Iran that it isn’t going to be standing idly by.
Netanyahu is actually planning to meet with Trump this coming week. Despite signs of strain in the past, he insists that Trump is a “good friend” and the two sides continue to “constantly exchange information.” There’s no word as of yet how much of a part Israel could play in these negotiations.
“I think, in many ways, it’s his decision,” Netanyahu added, regarding further military action against Iran.

- Netanyahu noted that any sort of attack on Israel by Iran’s part would be a “terrible mistake.” How prepared do you believe Israel’s military forces are when it comes to Iran’s usage of UAVs and other weapons technology?
