Epstein’s Darker Side: Sexual Predator’s Proclivities went BEYOND Sex Trafficking, into Medical Experimentation
A survivor of Epstein’s horrors tells of a completely new dimension to his depravity. Think Eugenics and medical experimentation. It has been over six years since Jeffrey Epstein’s death, yet the deeper story of his crimes—and the elite network that enabled them—continues to unfold. Now, investigative author Sarah McCarthy is forcing the world to confront what it has long refused to see: that Epstein’s empire of exploitation was not merely about sexual predation, but about power, ideology, and control over the very future of humanity.
Blue Butterfly: Inside the Diary of an Epstein Survivor (TrineDay Press), calling the findings “explosive” and warning that the fallout could be “severe.” McCarthy traces the arc of Epstein’s influence from trafficking victims like Juliette Bryant—who won damages against his estate—to his entanglements with global elites, including Prince Andrew, fashion mogul Peter Nygard, and others who moved within the same shadowy network.
But McCarthy’s investigation goes far deeper. Drawing from survivor notes, sealed court filings, and scientific grant trails, she exposes Epstein’s fascination with eugenics—a pseudo-scientific obsession with “improving” the human race that fueled his funding of certain genetics and fertility researchers. McCarthy documents how Epstein used his wealth to court scientists, host conferences, and quietly advance a vision of selective breeding and population control. Her findings suggest that the sex crimes may have been part of a larger ideology: a quest to manipulate human reproduction under the guise of philanthropy.
Survivor has Documented her Horror
As the Mirror notes, McCarthy’s 320-page exposé “dismantles the illusion that Epstein was a lone predator.” Instead, it reveals a global network of enablers, financiers, and policymakers who shared or tolerated his perverse ambitions. The result is a chilling portrait of how criminality, science, and privilege merged into one of the darkest experiments of modern times.
With Blue Butterfly set for release on November 18, Sarah McCarthy is not just reopening the Epstein file—she’s rewriting it. Her investigation exposes the deepest layer of his depravity and the unsettling truth that parts of his eugenics-inspired network may still be operating in plain sight.

ABOUT SARAH MCCARTHY…
Born in South Africa during Apartheid, Sarah was dismayed when she first traveled to the United States on a family holiday as a young girl in early 1980s. There, she witnessed her beloved country embroiled in such tumultuous turmoil on TV, she believed she wasn’t able to return home. It was her first lesson in media distortion, and the danger of trusting a single narrative.
At meal times, waitrons asked the family two recurring questions: “How can you be from Africa when you’re white?” and “Isn’t it dangerous living there with all the wild animals?” Sarah—who loves Africa, animals, and the wild—was fortunately able to return home. Growing up, she competed in show jumping most weekends, earning many ribbons and several broken bones.
While Blue Butterfly is her first published book, Sarah has always been a writer at heart. During her final school exams, she won an award for the best creative writing essay in South Africa. After earning a business degree, she spent two decades in London, building a successful copywriting career. There, she worked for top agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and companies including HSBC, Harrods, and Burberry.
Obsessed with uncovering the truth, she blends research, survivor testimonies, and deep intuition to investigate who’s pulling the levers of power—and question why they seek to control humanity. While she no longer rides competitively, her happy place still on a horse, where she feels grounded, free, and far from the madness.
