Anti-Iran Regime Guest: Iran Behind 9/11!!

Americans have New Reason to Demand Regime Change in Iran

Iran was behind the 9/11 attacks. That’s not hyperbole or conspiracy theory. It is the ruling of Federal U.S. Judges who have ruled. Iran owes the families of the victims more than $6.5 Billion. At this point, that also includes interest. The matter of collecting has been debated. However, that may change if the regime is overthrown.

Of equal import is that Iran. Was. Behind. 9/11.

As recently as May of this year, a skyscraper in Manhattan, valued at $500 Million, with ownership ties to Iran became a target for liquidation and payout to the plaintiffs. Still, that’s only a fraction of what is owed.

Having limited Availability as speakers are the following individuals, who will be standing with NCRI at the United Nations: Ambassador Carla Sands, former U.S. Senator Sam Brownback, General Tod Wolters, former NATO Commander, and Linda Chavez, former White House Office of Public Liaison will be among the prominent American dignitaries joining thousands of protesters in New York this month to stand against the Iranian regime’s escalating human rights abuses and nuclear provocations.

The NCRI has been calling for regime change and is available to provide context on this huge development. Deputy Director Alireza Jafarzadeh, Member of Parliament in Exile Shahin Gobadi, and others are available for interviews.

For more than two decades, a lawsuit filed by the families of 9/11 victims has wound its way through the U.S. legal system. That case, Havlish v. Iran, originally filed in 2002, has produced an extraordinary revelation: the regime was a material supporter of al-Qaeda and played a direct role in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. After years of evidence review and judicial deliberation, U.S. federal judges have ruled that the Tehran regime owes no less than $6.5 billion in damages to the plaintiffs.

This is the final judgement. It just so happens that the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), which seeks the overthrow of that same regime, will be joining thousands of protesters at the United Nations this week.

The implications are staggering. In 2011, a U.S. District Court ruled in favor of the families. Since then, multiple subsequent rulings have reaffirmed that the regime bears responsibility. Even more striking, the judiciary has done so under seal in certain rulings, underscoring both the sensitivity of the evidence and the seriousness of the regime’s culpability. It is now an established fact in American courts: the mullahs’ regime had blood on its hands on 9/11.

One of the most visible symbols of this case is the 36-story skyscraper at 650 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, valued at half a billion dollars. For years, this property has been targeted for forfeiture and liquidation as part of the damages owed to 9/11 families. The fight over this building has been fierce, producing waves of legal battles, appeals, and most recently sealed filings as late as May of this year. Yet the principle is simple: justice demands that victims be compensated, and assets linked to that regime should be used to pay those damages.

This case also connects directly back to the 9/11 Commission Report published in 2004. Although the Commission’s two-page discussion of Iranian involvement came late in its process and could not be fully investigated, it nevertheless concluded that the matter required “further investigation” by the U.S. government. That investigation has now been carried forward—by private citizens, bereaved families, and the federal courts. The result is undeniable: a nation state, not just al-Qaeda, bears responsibility for the attacks that changed the course of history.

This revelation is nearly as significant as the damages themselves. It unmasks the regime not just as a state sponsor of terrorism in general, but as a co-conspirator in the worst terrorist attack ever on U.S. soil. Every American should see this for what it is: a nation state with American blood on its hands, still sitting in the halls of the United Nations, still clinging to power through repression, and still exporting violence across the globe.

That is why the timing could not be more critical. On September 23rd, President Donald Trump will address the United Nations General Assembly. The next day, on September 24th, the president of Iran will take the same podium. The world will hear both leaders. But outside the U.N., the NCRI will also have its voice heard. Thousands of protesters will rally to send a message that cannot be ignored: the regime is guilty, the courts have confirmed it, and the time has come for regime change.

This is the moment for Americans and the international community alike to demand accountability and justice. The families of 9/11 victims deserve no less, and the people of Iran—who have suffered under this same murderous regime—deserve no less. The NCRI stands ready to be that alternative.
