Israel Has Successfully Taken Out the Top Media Chief For Hezbollah (Guest: David Rubin)

The former Mayor of Shiloh discusses the latest strike on Hezbollah, and why it’s so important.

Another day, another strike by Israel on a vital Hezbollah target.

This time, an Israeli airstrike has effectively taken out the top spokesman for Hezbollah, media relations chief Mohammed Afif. Reports indicate that two Lebanese security sources confirmed the kill with Reuters.

This comes after the IDF carried out the strike, without any evacuation order. It was a targeted hit, though it didn’t affect Hezbollah’s general infrastructure.

This is a rather important strike, as it diminishes the voice that Hezbollah has in its ongoing fight with Israel. However, it’s unknown what effect this will have, and how Hezbollah – and Iran – could potentially retaliate.
