The spokesman for Gun Owners of America explains why Biden needs to leave the programs be, and how they can help others.
Recreational shooting and hunting programs have been going strong for years, helping others learn the basics for how to use such tools – and use them safely, for that matter. But that hasn’t stopped President Joe Biden from using his “anti-gun” crusade in an effort to shut them down.
Biden not only tried to shut down hunting and shooting programs that have been going strong for almost 60 years, but also tried to ban lead ammunition. Alas, both measures have failed, as the Gun Owners of America, among several supporters of these programs, have stopped Biden from shutting everything down.
That said, he still seems determined to figure something out in regards to the programs, working alongside his fellow Democrats and members of his Administration to change or even cancel them entirely.
What can be done about this? Joining us now to discuss this further is Stephen Willeford, the spokesman for the Gun Owners of America. You may recall Willeford being the “hero with a gun” with the Sutherland Springs situation in 2017, in which he’s co-authored a book.
