The founder of InVest USA discusses a recent committee review of the FBI’s actions in a religious case – and inquiries about the President’s potential impeachment.
Could 2024 be the year that the scales of justice balance? Perhaps.
A new report from Fox News revealed that, per the House Weaponization Committee investigating the matter, the FBI interviewed a priest and a church choir director, as part of a questionable investigation into “radical” Catholic Americans.
This follows a report earlier in the year surrounding an FBI Richmond internal memo that surfaced earlier this year, which was investigating “radical-traditionalist Catholic(s)” as potential “racially or ethically motivated violent extremists.”
The Committee made note that there “was no legitimate basis for the memorandum to insert federal law enforcement into Catholic houses of worship.”
Though the FBI has denied the claim, the Committee are set to look further into the matter.
If that’s not enough, The Epoch Times reports, per Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, that an impeachment inquiry for President Joe Biden could reach a vote by next week.
“The House has no choice if it’s going to follow its constitutional responsibility to formally adopt an impeachment inquiry on the floor so that when the subpoenas are challenged in court, it will be at the apex of our constitutional authority,” Johnson noted during a press conference.
Will 2024 be the year we see real change from faulty leadership and questionable practices? Here to join us now on the matter is Michael Letts, a law enforcement veteran with over 30 years of experience under his belt.
Letts is President, Founder and CEO of InVest USA, an organization that provides bulletproof vests to police officers through various charitable groups and sponsorships. His expertise in all things law and justice should prove useful in this conversation.
