But Most Americans Want Law and Order, and Our Kids Learning to Live the American Dream.
Intro: This is a defining moment in America – are we going to rise to the challenge as we’ve done in the past – or are we going to shrink from our greatness and cave into the mob? We have been hit with a historic challenge this year – this virus and everything that’s been thrown at us and our kids, whether justified or not, have created a crisis in America. How we respond to this crisis, will determine what our country looks like after the elections and 5-10 years down the road. This is our 911 or Pearl Harbor moment, and nowhere is this battle raging more than in our kid’s schools across the country.
Is this our window of opportunity to turn this into a great moment in history as we take back control of education (the core element of all the battles we’re fighting) and train our kids to be American Superheroes?
Joining us to help make sense of this conundrum is Scott Dow, founder of AmericaU – he comes from a family of teachers and principals and has built a kid-driven, game-based learning platform that motivates kids to learn how to live the American Dream – how to become American Superheroes, rather than socialist wimps! Over the years they’ve taught over 10 million kids around the world and are now focused on the crisis at hand – keeping America great.
Q&A:
- What’s your take on what’s happening to our kids and their schools?
Its chaos – as you mentioned in your intro the liberals are counting on this chaos to gain power and implement their faulty policies. Education is the front line of the battle for America – it’s at the root of all the problems we’re seeing today. Some schools are going back – others are not. Regardless of whether kids are back in school or staying home – the reality is their lives are being disrupted. Now “disruption” can either be a good thing or bad, depending on numerous factors. Ask the folks on the east side of the Berlin Wall, if that disruption was a good thing? Or the kid who can download a single song and listen to it without being forced to buy the whole album.
Right now, the liberals would like this disruption to be a bad thing – something that will disrupt America and allow them to implement their socialist policies. Most other Americans would like to figure out how to come out of this “disruption” better than before. That’s the American way!
The liberal establishment is already using our kids as pawns in their “disruption plan” – who doesn’t want to save a young child from death at the hands of an evil virus?
The liberals are expert at playing on emotions – and have controlled our education system for decades and educated those mobsters we see out in the streets.
But they’ve made one potentially fatal error.
- Well we can certainly see the chaos how that’s harming the kids and their families – what’s this error you’re talking about?
Well our kids deserve better than being used as a pawn to promote socialism. The liberals have shown their true colors and priorities and created a crisis that is changing how parents view education and their desire to be in control. The “trust” in the traditional school system has plummeted. That cat is now out of the bag and this is where our opportunity is – to use the technologies and 21st century behaviors to take back control of the critical parts of education – our children’s character and world view.
- This sounds good, but how can we do this?
Here’s the real exciting part – we don’t have to take back control of all parts of their education – we just need to teach them how to think for themselves and be great moral leaders, rather than blind followers. The liberal system does not welcome leaders who think and act for themselves.
Our AmericaU platform is one of the ways we can make this happen. Its just an app on a device and with just 30-60 minutes a day we can ensure the child learns the critical skills of success – the things they’re not being taught in our schools. Using these technologies and our new purchasing behaviors, we can take back a critical piece of control of the education of our children in just a few months – something it took the liberals 6 or so decades to do.
- OK so we can get to the parents and their kids with this simple app, but what do the kids learn?
We designed AmericaU, starting 8 years ago, not to replace education, but rather to supplement it and “keep it honest” by taking 30-60 minutes out of the day and engaging the kids in the learning that will keep America great – skills like entrepreneurship, freedom, character, real history and most importantly how to think for themselves and know when they’re being dealt a “bad hand”.
Most remote learning stinks – we’ve seen this over the past 6 months – it’s like “look at this textbook online (by yourself) and do the work” – it’s terrible. Alternatively, we’ve built our remote learning into a game-based environment – like Minecraft – with other kids from around the world wanting to be there, learning and socializing – that’s the difference that makes all the difference. The kid wants to be there and as a result, they learn how to live the American Dream.
If we get this to enough kids and families, then we’ve capitalized on the “opening” the liberals have given us and are now training our kids to be leaders and creators of prosperity, rather than zombie followers.
- How may those in our audience take action and get started?
Answer: This is made for the Silent Majority – we can get millions of families taking back control of education, without much effort or cost.
- We normally charge for the AmericaU app as there are hard costs that need to be covered, but in light of the crisis we see here in America, we are launching a free version that will be out next month. So any parent, grandparent or child can download it and start learning in AmericaU
